Who we are

Link Scale manages Google Ads and related services for e-commerce stores. This policy covers this website, our onboarding forms and the internal dashboard our team uses (app.link-scale.com).

What we collect

• Onboarding and contact: name, email address, company details and the store and ad account details you give us.
• Account data from clients: advertising and store figures (spend, revenue, orders) from the accounts you give us access to, used only to manage and report on your accounts.
• Calls: recordings and summaries of calls with our team, kept internally to follow up on what was agreed.

Team members can connect their own Google Calendar to the dashboard. When they do, the dashboard requests access to calendar events only (scope calendar.events) and the account's email address. We use this access to:

• show that team member's upcoming events in the team agenda, and
• create calls and planned tasks in their calendar, with invitations to the people they choose.

We do not read or store email, contacts or files. Calendar events are read when the agenda is opened and are not stored in our database, except for events created from the dashboard itself. The access token is stored encrypted and can be removed at any time from the dashboard or from the Google Account settings (Security, Third-party access).

Link Scale's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train AI models, and do not share it with anyone outside our team.

How long we keep it

As long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example invoices). You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run our work, such as hosting, our database and our messaging tools, under their own data protection terms. Never for marketing.
